IP PBX Support
 
All sales are final, and no returns are accepted unless pre-approved by IP PBX Support staff under a case by case basis. Any approved RMA will result in a minimum of a 15% restocking fee. Any shipping and handling fees paid are non refundable, and the buyer shall pay for return shipping. For items with free shipping or in person delivery, our cost of shipping or hand delivery can be deducted from any refunded amount. You must obtain an RMA number and return instructions from us before returning any item. No returns will be accepted without a RMA number, and the buyer must pay for return shipping.   

IP PBX Support will not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or misplaced by any carrier.

If any item is determined to be defective and/or needing replacement, this will handled with the OEM warranty coverage of the individual product (if any). Contact us for help  in resolving your concern of any defective item purchased from us. We will help obtain any needed RMA from the OEM if the item is telephony related. Any time spent  troubleshooting a suspect piece of equipment for possible warranty replacement can be billable hours. For non telephony related equipment, the buyer will need to contact the OEM for warranty replacement. It is possible an advanced replacement can be arraigned. This is determined on a case by case basis.

Any time spent working with  the installation of the advanced replacement and/or the returned warranty covered product can be billable hours. The buyer is responsible for all costs incurred to ship back  any purchased product (to us or the OEM). If hand delivery is required for any advanced replacement and/or OEM product returns, the time spent working to accomplish this can be billable hours. This applies to extended warranty coverage as well.

All items sold by IP PBX Support are assumed to come with a non DOA warranty only ("dead on arrival") unless stated to be covered under OEM warranty on your final invoice.

 
IP PBX ships via Federal Express, USPS, and/or at times in person (hand delivery). All shipping and handling fees are disclosed up front in writing on any final invoice. If we ship a product using a carrier, this policy apply to all continental contiguous USA based addresses. It is possible extra charges may apply for any destination outside the continental 48 contiguous United States of America.
 
IP PBX Support will not be in any way liable for any indirect, consequential, special incidental, or punitive loss of damage of any kind (including lost profits even if IP PBX Support has been advised of the possibility of a loss or damage). This is the case by reason of any act or omission in the sale of products, services, or with any support action (including remote and/or onsite support of any product or service). Any and all implied warranties existing by operation of law, including specifically any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are expressly disclaimed and negated.
 
Payments received 14 days or more past invoice terms will be charged a late fee of $39 dollars, and are subject to a monthly finance charge of 1.5%. These charges are automatically generated once payment is not received and are due upon receipt.
